DJI’s Mini 5 Pro drone is expected to be officially unveiled on Sept. 16, but leaks have already revealed detailed images of its Fly More Combo packages. The release is anticipated to coincide with Apple’s iPhone 17 launch event next week.
Fresh render images shared by leaker Igor Bogdanov show the compact drone equipped with a 1-inch camera and LiDAR sensors, features likely to appeal to new buyers. Bogdanov noted that the visuals came directly from official sources. “Just yesterday, leakers such as Igor Bogdanov delivered official render images of the DJI Mini 5 Pro,” the report said.

The leaked packages outline two main options. The standard Fly More Combo with the RC-N3 controller, which lacks a display, includes the drone, remote control, gimbal protector, three Intelligent Flight Batteries, six propeller sets, a filter kit, charging cable, carrying case and charger. A second, more expensive option bundles the RC2 controller, which features an integrated monitor but otherwise matches the same accessories.
According to earlier leaks, both combos are expected to ship with 2,785mAh batteries, supporting up to 36 minutes of flight time while keeping the drone under the 250-gram weight limit common in many markets. Optional Plus packages may offer 3,350mAh batteries for up to 52 minutes of flight, though the increased capacity pushes the drone above the regulatory threshold.
The Mini 5 Pro succeeds the Mini 4 Pro and is positioned to continue DJI’s strategy of delivering lightweight drones that balance regulatory compliance with advanced imaging capabilities.
