CMF has confirmed that its upcoming Headphone Pro will deliver up to 100 hours of playback, positioning the company’s first full-size headphones with longer battery life than many rivals on the market. The device is scheduled to launch on Sept. 29, only a few months after Nothing introduced the Headphone (1).

Promotional teasers have shown the Headphone Pro’s modular and colorful design, while a recent announcement revealed its extended battery capacity. The figure suggests the model will surpass the Nothing Headphone (1), which offers a maximum of 80 hours when active noise cancellation (ANC) is turned off using the AAC codec. Performance on the Nothing model drops to 35 hours with ANC enabled and decreases further under LDAC settings.

CMF’s estimate is likely based on playback without ANC, meaning real-world use under different codecs could reduce overall endurance. Even so, the rating positions the Headphone Pro above its parent brand’s $299 model, with CMF’s pricing expected to be lower.

Additional features include a 3.5mm audio jack for wired listening and a USB-C port located on one earcup, though it is not yet confirmed if the latter will support audio over USB-C. Further specifications are expected at the official unveiling later this month.
