Rugged smartphone maker iiif150 has introduced the Action 15Pro, a dual-screen device running Android 15. The handset is priced at $308 on the company’s website and combines durability with an unusual design that includes a secondary display integrated into its camera module. “According to the company, this screen can be customised to show a variety of information, such as a clock, battery level, or a compass – and even lets users interact with virtual pets,” the article said.
The phone is equipped with a 50 MP Sony IMX766 main camera, which can also be used for selfies thanks to the rear display, alongside a 32 MP front-facing camera. It sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 2,400 x 1,080 resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. An under-display fingerprint sensor provides biometric security.
Inside, the Action 15Pro runs on a MediaTek Helio G100 chipset with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of expandable storage. While the processor lacks 5G connectivity, the device emphasizes ruggedness with IP68 and IP69K ratings for water and dust resistance and drop protection tested at up to 1.8 meters.
The smartphone is powered by a 5,100 mAh battery supporting 30-watt charging, which the company describes as sufficient but not among the fastest on the market.
