Pre-orders have opened for the Gamemt E3 Vigor, a new budget retro gaming handheld priced below $100, as manufacturers continue to target nostalgic gamers seeking affordable portable devices.
The Gamemt E3 Vigor is now available for pre-order through the Royibeila website, with prices starting at $45 for a 64 GB version and $55 for a 128 GB model. The handheld, first teased in October 2025, is offered in Purple/White and Classic Black color options, according to the retailer.

The device features a 3.95-inch IPS display with a 1:1 aspect ratio and a resolution of 720 x 720 pixels, aimed at emulating classic gaming systems such as the NES, SNES, Game Boy, Sega Genesis and PSP without black bars. As the product description notes, it is designed to handle “classic pixelated games on a 1:1 screen” rather than high-end emulation performance.
Powering the E3 Vigor is an eight-core ARM Cortex A7 processor, paired with a quad-core Mali-450 GPU, 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal eMMC storage, running the custom Gamemt OS. While the chipset is based on older technology, it has re-emerged in entry-level retro handhelds focused on affordability.
The handheld includes a 5,000 mAh battery, Wi-Fi connectivity, USB-C charging, a 3.5 mm audio jack and a microSD card slot. Royibeila has released a short hands-on video showing the device’s design and PSP-style interface, though no gameplay footage was included. Initial deliveries are expected within 10 to 15 days, leaving real-world performance to be assessed once shipments begin.
