Gigabyte has added a new 27-inch QHD OLED gaming monitor to its product lineup, quietly listing the GO27Q24G on its website with a focus on high refresh rates, deeper contrast and brighter HDR performance.
The GO27Q24G uses an MLA+ WOLED panel with what Gigabyte describes as a “RealBlack Glossy” finish, replacing the matte QD-OLED panel found in the earlier GO27Q24 model. The company says the glossy coating is designed to deliver deeper blacks, improved clarity and richer colors, while maintaining a native resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a 240 Hz refresh rate.

The monitor also introduces HyperNits, Gigabyte’s enhanced HDR brightness mode. While the panel is rated at 275 nits for full-screen brightness and up to 1,300 nits in HDR, HyperNits can increase peak brightness by up to 30% without clipping highlights. Gigabyte says users can choose between “HyperNits High” for maximum brightness or “HyperNits Medium” for darker viewing environments.
Other specifications include a claimed 0.03 millisecond response time, support for both Nvidia G-Sync and AMD FreeSync, DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification and 99% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut. Connectivity options include two HDMI 2.1 ports, a DisplayPort 1.4 input, USB-C with 15-watt charging, a headphone jack and a fully adjustable stand.
