A second-generation version of the KeyGo portable display and keyboard combination has entered crowdfunding, offering upgraded specifications and new features compared with its predecessor. Backers are required to pledge $280 plus shipping to reserve a unit, with deliveries currently projected for May 2026.
The KeyGo Gen 2 retains the foldable design of the original model, combining a touchscreen display with an integrated keyboard for easier transport. The new device features a 13-inch touchscreen capable of recognizing up to ten simultaneous touch inputs for multi-touch gestures.

Compared with the first-generation model, the display resolution has been increased. The earlier 12.8-inch screen offered 1920 x 720 pixels, while the new version delivers a higher resolution, though it maintains a 60Hz refresh rate. As stated in the original description, the device is “intended to provide solid input options but also make it easy to use a computer setup with a secondary display.”
The KeyGo Gen 2 connects to external devices via two USB Type-C ports and draws power through USB Power Delivery. It is recognized as a standard monitor, allowing users to display content without installing additional drivers. Built-in speakers have been added, and the keyboard now includes adjustable RGB backlighting with various lighting effects.

Measuring 12.6 x 5.9 x 0.8 inches and weighing 2.2 pounds, the device is positioned as a portable solution for users seeking an auxiliary screen and compact input setup. The crowdfunding campaign has already reached its funding target, though potential buyers are advised that participation carries financial risks, including the possibility of losing their entire pledge.
