Chinese computing company Lenovo has just launched a new desktop PC in its home country. This new model is derived from the product of the Xiaoxin brand and is an All in One computer featuring the latest generation of processors from Intel.
In particular, the new AIO Xiaoxin PC comes in two different sizes, namely the 24-inch and 27-inch models. However, both models are powered by Intel’s Core P series processors. Despite their different screen sizes, both offer a Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution panel, surrounded by slim bezels on three sides. The processor it uses is an Intel i5-1250P, which is a 12-core CPU.
The processor in both PCs has a TDP of 35 watts. However, the PC manufacturer claims that this chip is able to offer performance that rivals the Intel Core i5-12400 desktop processor which has a TDP of 65 watts.
The reason Lenovo chose the Intel P series CPU is probably because of the size and shape of their PC. Unlike regular desktop PCs, All in One (AIO) computers have all the hardware components housed in one body, which also includes the screen.
For memory, this computer comes with 16 GB 3200 MHz DDR4 RAM, 512 GB PCIe 4.0 SSD storage, and there is even space for a 2.5-inch hard disk. Other features include dual speakers that support Dolby sound, a built-in camera, and a dual microphone array. Connectivity options include four USB Type A, one HDMI, and one network port.
The 24-inch Lenovo Xiaoxin AIO PC is priced at 4,699 yuan. While the Lenovo Xiaoxin AIO PC 27-inch model is priced at 4,999 yuan.
