The iDropNews report states that the iPhone 14 Pro will feature a Lightning USB 3.0 connector that offers faster data transfer capabilities. The Lightning USB 3.0 connector is said to have data transfer speeds of up to 5GBps.

When compared to current lightning connectors, USB Lightning 3.0 has the ability to transfer data 10 times faster.

For information, the series devices still use the Lightning 2.0 connector which has transfer speeds of up to 480Mbps only.
