Asus has updated its TUF Gaming desktop lineup for 2026, unveiling revised versions of the TUF Gaming T500 and TUF Gaming TM500 that expand processor and graphics options while retaining a focus on the budget gaming segment.
The new models were announced as part of Asus’ broader hardware refresh at CES 2026, where the company also introduced updated laptops across its ROG and TUF brands. Asus said the latest TUF Gaming desktops are “offered with AMD and Intel processors,” reflecting a split approach aimed at giving buyers more choice across price points.

The AMD-based TUF Gaming TM500 can be configured with up to a Ryzen 7 260 processor from AMD’s Hawk Point series, which uses Zen 4 CPU cores. The Intel-based TUF Gaming T500, meanwhile, will be available with processors up to the Core i5-13420H, targeting mainstream gaming and general performance workloads.
Both desktops can be paired with modern desktop-class graphics cards, including AMD’s Radeon RX 9060 XT or Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 5060 Ti. Asus said the systems will support up to 64 GB of DDR5 memory running at 5,200 MT/s, alongside PCIe Gen 4 storage and enhanced cooling to manage heat under sustained loads.
