FreeBuds Lipstick has an unusual shape like other TWS on the market. When not in use, the case does look like a normal lipstick holder. The difference is maybe a little bigger, heavier and really looks premium. Shown in glossy black with gold accents.

While the body itself is made of stainless steel material, it is made so that the surface can reflect light like a mirror. It weighs around 85 grams without earbuds.

This TWS is also made with an ergonomic shape making it ideal for use in most types of user ears. They did a sampling of more than 10 thousand ears which makes it comfortable to use.

In fact, this design provides its own benefits—because of its slim body, making it easy to fit into a pocket or bag with limited storage. Meanwhile, when opened, immediately greeted with a contrasting red earphones. Both are ready to be picked up, and use an open-ear design for an added level of comfort during extended use.

The design of the Huawei Freebuds Lipstick earbuds is made exactly the same as the Freebuds 4 series. Don't worry, even without eartips, Huawei still provides an active noise cancellation feature. The drivers of each earbud also have a large diameter of 14.3mm. Each earbud is equipped with a special power engine to deliver more dominant bass, and special technology to match the sound output to the shape of the ear canal.

In addition to listening to music, Huawei is also marketing this device as a tool for recording quality sound. The reason is, Huawei Freebuds Lipstick can record audio with a standard up to 48 kHz. Through Voice Mode, the microphone will automatically drown out background noise, so that the user's voice is still recorded clearly even in a crowd.

Meanwhile, for playing games, the low latency mode on the Huawei Freebuds Lipstick can reach 90ms latency. Unfortunately, this feature is only available for some Huawei smartphones running the latest EMUI. But when paired with another Huawei device, it can connect to two devices directly or transfer audio and video sound separately.

On the other hand, users will also get the Active Noise Canceling (ANC) feature and excellent microphone support. Meanwhile, for its lifetime, users can use this TWS for up to 22 hours with ANC off, or up to 14 hours with ANC on.
