Samsung has just announced a special edition Galaxy Z Flip3 that will be launching in South Korea soon. This special edition device will be themed on one of the popular anime Pokemon, and will therefore be called the Galaxy Z Flip3 Pokemon Edition.
Samsung has announced that the launch event will be exclusive to their website, and that the Galaxy Z Flip3 Pokemon Edition device will not be available for purchase in Samsung’s offline stores.
Galaxy Z Flip3 Pokemon Edition will come with a large packaging box. In addition to the device itself, the company has included plenty of exclusive Pokemon-themed goodies in the box, such as a Pikachu Clear Cover, a Pokedex-themed pouch, a Pikachu keychain, and a Poke Ball-shaped stand.
Additionally, it looks like Samsung is also offering exclusive Pokemon cards with the bundle, including Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Snorlax, and Mew cards.
The Pikachu Clear Cover is customizable. The phone can also come with some unique themes, ringtones and wallpapers related to Pokemon. More information about this phone will be available later this week.
The device will go on sale via Samsung Korea’s website in five days. So far, Samsung has not revealed the price of the Galaxy Z Flip3 Pokemon Edition or the number of devices available.
