Meta is known to have announced major changes to one of its social media platforms, namely Facebook. The company now features a Feeds tab, sorted by chronology on the Facebook home page.
Launching GSMArena (24/7), this new feature called the Feeds tab has several special filters to make it easier for Facebook users. From this filter, users can display all feeds information or only uploads that come from certain things, such as friends, groups, pages, and so on.
Furthermore, the Feeds tab will also allow Facebook social media users to access new information more easily. Through an algorithm sorted by reverse chronology, the Feeds tab will access content from accounts the user has connected to.
Meanwhile, the Home Feeds tab in the Facebook application will be positioned as a place for users to search and find content from creators with the recommendation feature. So, there will be no more posts with the label ‘Suggested For You’ on the page like the previous design from Meta.
Changes to the Facebook page, namely ‘Home Feeds’ and ‘Feeds’ have been launched starting Friday (22/7) yesterday. Even so, currently this feature can only be enjoyed by a small number of users of the Meta application.
According to predictions, this big change will only be enjoyed by all users of the Facebook social media platform next week. So far, it seems that the changes will only be available for devices with Android and iOS operating systems.
