TikTok Lite is a lightweight version of the TikTok app. This application is indeed more friendly for smartphones with low specifications because it only has a size of 21 MB, which is lighter than the regular TikTok application which is 76 MB in size.
Not only that, TikTok Lite‘s data consumption is also less than the regular TikTok application. Apart from the size of the app, one of the other differences is the duration of the recording.
TikTok Lite can only record videos with a maximum duration of 60 seconds. Whereas on regular TikTok, users can create or record videos with a maximum duration of up to three minutes.
The file storage size of TikTok Lite also doesn’t take up too much storage, which is only 182 MB.
TikTok Lite also has more limited features than regular TikTok, one of which is in the privacy menu.
TikTok Lite users only have three options namely “block others”, “private account mode”, and “allow certain people to search their profile”.

For appearance, both have a similar appearance (User Interface/UI), such as tabs consisting of Home, Search, Upload, Inbox, and Profile.
