The World VR Industry 2022 event was the stage for Huawei to introduce their Smart Vision VR Glass. Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Huawei Device BG, He Gang showcased their latest smart VR glasses, which are claimed to come with many impressive features and extraordinary functionality.

The Smart Vision VR Glass has a Micro-OLED display which is similar to a very large 120 inch virtual screen. This device is equipped with Binocular 1080p resolution, Full HD, and 480 nit brightness. Reporting from Gizmochina (11/15), these VR glasses have a DCI-P3 color gamut of 90% and TUV Rheinland low blue light eye safety certification.

In terms of design, the Huawei Smart Vision VR Glass is designed with a sturdy appearance, and a matte texture on the frame, and comes with a futuristic structure. There's also external device plug-ins on the left, as well as an ultra-thin speaker system.

The new wearable from Huawei supports myopia adjustment of up to 500 degrees, corresponding to a refractive power of up to 500 diopters. These smart glasses have no local CPU or storage segment and do not support external mobile hard drives. However it can be connected to a mobile phone, tablet or PC. Battery life depends on the battery life of the connected device.

It's a shame Huawei hasn't officially announced the price of the Smart Vision VR Glass, but it's available for pre-order starting November 14th. The VR glasses will go on sale in December.
