Reels has been the most successful feature of Facebook and Instagram from 2021 to this year. Despite its status as a copy feature of TikTok, Reels has its own uniqueness because it is located in the Meta ecosystem.

The success of Reels has made Meta continue to expand its feature presence by adding a number of new supports.

Last Tuesday (16/8), Meta announced a number of new features that allow users to post Instagram Reels to Facebook.

Through Reels’ cross-post feature, Instagram makes it easier for content creators to reach a larger audience.

In addition, the cross-post feature also makes it easier for content creators to distribute Reels content on Facebook and Instagram.

Reporting from Engadget, this Reels cross-post feature can also be monetized by users.

This means that users can take advantage of the monetization programs offered by Facebook and Instagram for their Reels uploads.

For those of you who don’t know, the Reels feature has been available on Facebook since early 2022.

Not only launching the cross-post feature on Reels, Meta also prepared Add Yours stickers on Reels Instagram and Facebook.

The Add Yours sticker on Reels Instagram and Facebook will work the same way as Add Yours on Instagram Stories.

With the Add Yours sticker, users can initiate challenges aimed at their followers.

Challenges can take the form of videos or photos shared via Instagram and Facebook Reels.

Later, other users can join the challenge that you have created by tapping the sticker on Instagram and Facebook Reels.

Meta reveals that both of these features are in the process of rolling out worldwide.
