“According to several sources, it will be a single-player horror game,” Insider Gaming said in the video, outlining early details shared by people familiar with the project. Combat will reportedly be combined with puzzle-solving, platforming elements and stealth-focused gameplay, requiring players to carefully manage limited resources.
The report also points to improvements in enemy artificial intelligence as a central feature of the game. Enemies are expected to adapt to player decisions, potentially increasing difficulty and encouraging more cautious approaches, reflecting broader advances in AI-driven gameplay systems across the industry.
Three characters have been mentioned so far, including Aubrey, an engineer who can use tools such as grappling devices, Ryuzo, who may serve as an antagonist, and Ripley 8. Insider Gaming said the title is not expected to be released before 2028 and is planned for all platforms, including next-generation consoles.
