OnePlus has issued its first significant post-launch update for the OnePlus 15, focusing heavily on refining the OxygenOS user experience. Released in batches for both Indian and global models, the software arrives as build CPH2745_16.0.1.303 and CPH2747_16.0.1.303.
The update prioritises faster and more responsive interaction across the OxygenOS interface. App launches from the home screen have been accelerated, and the system’s visual language has been adjusted through an updated “Ring” fingerprint animation. The company describes the package as “a pretty big update,” underscoring its focus on core usability improvements.

OxygenOS customisation options have been broadened in several areas. Flux theme editing now allows resizing of the clock element, while widget management has been expanded with new naming tools and the ability to stack widgets of matching size to reduce screen clutter. The Photos app adds automatic straightening for portrait and architectural images, reflecting an effort to streamline editing workflows within the OS. Users can also set local video files as ringtones, extending multimedia flexibility.
The update introduces a redesigned interface for the AI LinkBoost Network Engine, making network optimisation more visible within OxygenOS. The new dashboard displays counts of optimisation events and latency reductions, while users receive alerts when the system enhances connectivity during weak signal conditions. Integrated testing tools enable real-time checks of upload and download performance.

Security and system management tools have also been refreshed. The November 2025 Android security patch strengthens device protection, and the Phone Manager now performs virus scans more efficiently.
The update deepens OnePlus’s software-first approach, expanding OxygenOS functionality while targeting responsiveness, personalisation and network intelligence for early adopters of the OnePlus 15.
