RingConn has introduced its third-generation smart ring, expanding its lineup with new size options, additional color variants and new health-related features, according to details released this week.
The RingConn Gen 3 retains a waterproof titanium design but is now offered in five finishes: matte black, brushed silver, polished silver, royal gold and polished rose gold. The company said the ring will be available in U.S. sizes 6 through 15, broadening its potential user base compared with earlier models.

A key update is a new blood pressure risk alert feature. Rather than providing a medical-grade measurement, the ring analyzes data from multiple sensors, including heart rate, blood oxygen levels, skin temperature and motion, to assess whether a user may be at elevated risk. As noted in the original article, “this function is not based on a medical-grade blood pressure measurement.”
The device also adds haptic feedback through an integrated vibration motor, allowing the ring to notify users when fitness goals are reached or when unusual readings are detected. RingConn said battery life will improve over the previous generation, which was rated for roughly 10 to 12 days per charge, though the company has not yet disclosed specific figures.

Pricing and availability have not been announced. RingConn is not expected to require a paid subscription for the Gen 3, setting it apart from some competitors in the smart ring market, such as Oura.
