This year, Samsung is expected to present the next generation of folding smartphones, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4. This folding cellphone is predicted to offer many advantages, including the specifications and features of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4, which is said to be more powerful.
The successor to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 is prepared to deal with brands from China who have started releasing sophisticated folding cellphones to the market. In addition to Huawei, there are Xiaomi, Oppo, to Vivo and OnePlus who are ready to enliven the folding screen phone market.
One of the superior aspects that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 will later offer is a better camera configuration than before.
Recently, it was reported that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 might implement the same camera specifications as the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. The main camera is 108MP with 8K video recording capabilities at 24 FPS.
This camera will be combined with a 10MP sensor with a telephoto lens with 3x optical-zoom capability. Plus, there's a 12MP ultrawide camera with capable capabilities for capturing ultra-wide images.
If this rumor is true, of course the Galaxy Z Fold4 will get a significant improvement in the camera sector. For your information, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 only carries a 12MP main camera, a 12MP telephoto camera, and a 12MP ultrawide camera.
This sophisticated folding smartphone will feature camera technology under the screen. Interestingly, it is not only the inner screen that applies this technology, but the outer screen will also be embedded with this innovative camera feature.
The camera sensor used is not yet known, but it should be better than the Galaxy Z Fold3 which only relies on a 4MP camera.
In addition, this smartphone will also appear thinner than the previous series. Even so, Samsung will present an integrated S Pen slot in the body of its newest folding phone.
As for the hinge design, Samsung will change it a bit. Reportedly, this South Korean manufacturer will use a single hinge design that is stronger than before.
This latest Samsung cellphone may be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ from Qualcomm. This processor will be made with 4nm architecture from TSMC, not 4nm from Samsung anymore.
TSMC's 4nm process is known to have a number of advantages over Samsung's 4nm, such as a more stable temperature and avoid hot temperatures, higher performance, and better power efficiency.
On the battery side, the Galaxy Z Fold4 is supported by a 4,400 mAh battery that is supported by fast fast charging. The other specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 are not yet known.
This phone looks like it will launch in the third quarter of this year and will face the latest Oppo Find N and Vivo X Fold.
