Indie studio AtomTeam has released the full version of its fantasy role-playing game Swordhaven: Iron Conspiracy on Steam, marking the title’s exit from early access and its debut as a complete product.
The game officially launched in version 1.0 on Dec. 16, 2025, following nearly a year in early access that began in December 2024. AtomTeam said the release represents its complete creative vision, delivering the full narrative, world design and gameplay systems originally outlined during development.

Set in the fantasy world of Nova Drakonia, Swordhaven follows a lone adventurer drawn into a far-reaching conspiracy after receiving a mysterious artifact. The game emphasizes exploration and story-driven quests across multiple regions, drawing inspiration from classic computer role-playing games such as Baldur’s Gate and Icewind Dale.
A key feature of the title is its dual combat system, allowing players to switch between turn-based encounters and real-time combat with pause. Character progression is classless, enabling players to shape their builds freely, with in-game choices affecting non-player character interactions, quest outcomes and combat approaches. AtomTeam confirmed that players who joined during early access can retain their progress, noting that save files can be carried over, though “compatibility can sometimes affect certain scripts.”

The game supports multiple languages, Steam Workshop mods, cloud saves, achievements and controller input.
