Twitter is reportedly developing a new feature that allows users to attach multiple media to a single tweet format. With this feature, users can upload images, videos to GIFs with just one tweet.
In the future, the social media platform with the blue bird logo will still limit the total number of uploads to only four media. Even so, users can combine text, images, videos or GIFs to the maximum limit.
The trial of this new feature was first revealed by Alessandro Paluzzi through his personal Twitter account in April 2022. At the time, Alessandro said Twitter was testing a new feature that would allow users to add images, videos and GIFs to a single upload.

Furthermore, the information about the trial is in line with what was revealed by one of the Twitter application users, Carl Schmid, at the end of July 2022. Through his personal account, he uploaded a notification from Twitter informing him that he had the opportunity to test the video, photo and GIF upload feature. in one tweet.

Meanwhile, Twitter has also confirmed the trial of the new status feature. The company admits that it is currently conducting a limited trial for a feature that can upload 4 different media formats in one tweet.
“We’re testing a new feature with select accounts for a limited time that allows people to combine up to four media assets into a single tweet, regardless of format,” Twitter told Techrunch.
However, until now there is no information whether the feature will be rolled out to all their users or only for certain regions. Twitter has not yet responded to this.
