Samsung has given its first official indication of the launch date for its next flagship smartphones, pointing to a Feb. 25 event where the Galaxy S26 series and new wearable devices are expected to be introduced.
Although the company has not issued a formal announcement, an official teaser image shared by U.S. leaker Evan Blass indicates the date, reinforcing earlier reports from analysts and industry watchers that Samsung’s first Galaxy Unpacked event of 2026 would take place later than in previous years. The launch is expected to be held in San Francisco.
Samsung is widely expected to unveil three smartphones at the event: the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+ and Galaxy S26 Ultra, successors to the Galaxy S25 range. Pre-orders are likely to open shortly after the presentation, with devices expected to ship in March.
The launch event is also expected to include new wearable products, with the Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro set to make an appearance alongside the smartphones. Details on European pricing and pre-order incentives for the earbuds have already surfaced in recent leaks.
