A new leak has revealed additional details about Vivo’s upcoming X300 Ultra smartphone, which is reportedly set for release in March. The device is expected to compete in the premium segment, positioning itself against flagship models from rival manufacturers.

According to information drawn from China’s 3C certification database, Vivo has registered two versions of the handset for its domestic market. The standard model carries the number V2547A, replacing earlier speculation that linked the X300 Ultra to a different model code. The filing indicates that the device will support charging speeds of up to 100 watts, representing an increase over its predecessor.

Following Vivo devices have received 3C certification:

-Vivo V2547A/DA: Vivo X300 Ultra / X300 Ultra Beidou Edition, spotted with 100W charger

    – V2551A: iQOO Z11, spotted with 90W charger.. expected to feature 1.5K OLED screen, 9000mAh battery

A second certified model, listed as V2547DA, is described as a BeiDou Edition. The designation suggests the inclusion of satellite connectivity through China’s BeiDou navigation system. As noted in the original report, “Vivo will be releasing a version of the X300 Ultra with satellite connectivity.” It remains unclear whether this variant will be offered outside China.

Vivo is widely expected to market the X300 Ultra as a high-end alternative to competing ultra-flagship smartphones. While the company has yet to confirm launch details officially, the latest certification filings indicate preparations are underway for a near-term release.
