AOC has launched the AOC Gaming Q27G4ZD globally, expanding its Gaming series with a new 27-inch OLED monitor aimed at competitive players. The release follows last month’s debut of the Q27G4ZDP/WS in China, with the Q27G4ZD arriving as a similar model in a black finish for international markets.
Unlike its China-exclusive counterpart, the new monitor does not use a fourth-generation WOLED panel. Instead, AOC has opted for third-generation QD-OLED panel technology produced by Samsung Display. The company said the monitor combines a 1440p resolution with a 280 Hz refresh rate, placing it among high-performance offerings in the 27-inch OLED segment.

AOC said the display can reach up to 1,000 nits of peak brightness in HDR mode, though only across 3% of the panel at a time. The monitor also features a 0.03 millisecond gray-to-gray response time and supports Adaptive-Sync and Nvidia G-Sync technologies to reduce screen tearing during gameplay.
Additional features include an ergonomic stand, a four-port USB hub, and connectivity options such as DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.1. The monitor also supports VESA 100 x 100 mounting for users who prefer third-party stands or wall mounts.

The company said the Q27G4ZD will be available later this month in the United Kingdom for £419.99, including value-added tax, and is already listed at that price through retailers including Box and Laptops Direct. In the United States, the monitor is priced at $419.99, according to AOC.
