Anker has launched the Zolo Smart Shield Built-in Cable Power Bank in China, introducing a portable charger with upgraded safety features, multiple charging options and a magnetic stand.

The device is one of two new accessories released alongside the Nano Smart Shield Magnetic Power Bank. Both models feature Anker’s new Smart Shield safety technology, which the company says is designed to enhance protection during charging.

According to Anker, the Zolo Smart Shield Power Bank uses upgraded battery cells supplied by Apple battery manufacturer ATL. The device also includes dual safety protection systems and flame-retardant materials. The emphasis on safety features comes after several power bank recalls linked to overheating concerns were reported in 2025.

The power bank has a 10,000 mAh battery capacity and supports charging up to three devices simultaneously. It includes a built-in USB-C cable, a USB-C port and a wireless charging pad. The accessory offers a maximum output of 45W.

The device also features a magnetic stand that allows users to prop up their smartphones at a viewing angle while charging wirelessly.

Anker said the Zolo Smart Shield Built-in Cable Power Bank will be sold in China for CNY 199 (about $29). The product is scheduled to go on sale in the country on March 12.

The company has not announced whether the accessory will be released in other markets such as the United States. Anker currently sells other products in the Zolo series internationally, including the Zolo Power Bank (20K, 30W).
