Segway has launched the GT3 Pro SuperScooter, its most powerful model yet, featuring a combination of high-speed performance and advanced riding technology aimed at both urban commuters and off-road enthusiasts.

Equipped with dual 3,500-watt motors and a 72V 2,160Wh battery, the GT3 Pro can reach a top speed of 50 mph (80 kph) and travel up to 86 miles at lower speeds, according to the company. The scooter’s hydraulic rear trailing arm and hydraulic front linkage allow riders to adjust suspension stiffness through 15 settings, improving handling across varying terrain.

“Anti-lock disc brakes and the SegRide Stability Enhancement System are designed to help prevent slips and falls while coming to a stop on unstable and wet surfaces,” Segway said.

The GT3 Pro features 11-inch self-sealing tires, a 5.7-inch ground clearance, and the ability to climb slopes with a 38% gradient. Safety elements include ABS braking, turn signals, a rear brake light, and an automatic headlamp that illuminates up to 246 feet.

Riders can track battery levels, navigation prompts, and call notifications via a 2.4-inch TFT color display. The IPX6-rated body offers protection from water jets, while the scooter’s 117-pound frame can carry up to 330 pounds. Charging the battery takes between 7.5 and 8.5 hours.
