Lenovo has expanded its wearable portfolio with the launch of the Watch GT Pro, a rugged-looking smartwatch aimed at outdoor enthusiasts and athletes, featuring built-in GPS, multi-sport tracking and water resistance.
The Watch GT Pro departs from minimalist smartwatch designs, with visible screws, a thick bezel, multiple buttons and a rotating crown, placing it closer in appearance to outdoor-focused models such as Garmin’s Fenix series. According to the product description, “this smartwatch is designed for outdoor enthusiasts and athletes, and it doesn’t have a particularly subtle design.”

Lenovo said the body is made from a zinc-magnesium alloy for durability, while the 1.43-inch display is protected by Corning Glass. The screen has a resolution of 466 by 466 pixels, and the integrated GPS module allows users to track distance more accurately during activities such as running and cycling. The device is also rated at 5 ATM, making it suitable for swimming.
The smartwatch includes optical sensors to measure heart rate and blood oxygen saturation, along with a barometer and compass for outdoor navigation. Lenovo said the 470mAh battery can last between seven and 27 days on a single charge, depending on usage.
