Acer introduced the Predator ES Storm Pro electric scooter, expanding its e-mobility lineup with a model aimed at higher-performance urban riding, as the company seeks to address growing demand for alternatives to cars in congested cities.

The Predator ES Storm Pro is designed for riders covering longer or more demanding routes, using a 500-watt rear hub motor with peak output of up to 1,200 watts and a 48-volt electrical system to deliver stronger acceleration and steadier speeds on mixed surfaces. Acer said the scooter is intended to provide “smarter and more versatile options for navigating today’s urban environments.”

To improve control and safety, the scooter combines traction control with 10-inch tubeless tires, front and rear suspension, and a rear disc brake with electronic anti-lock braking. The foldable aluminum frame is rated IPX5 for water resistance, allowing use in wet conditions, while maintaining portability for storage or short-distance carrying.

Acer said the scooter can travel up to 60 km on a single charge, supported by a regenerative braking system that recovers energy during deceleration and feeds it back into the battery. RGB lighting elements integrated into the design are intended to improve visibility and signaling in traffic, while a built-in holder allows riders to attach compatible tracking tags.

The Predator ES Storm Pro connects to the Acer eMobility app, which provides ride data, battery status and an electronic locking function via smartphone. Acer said the scooter will be available in the EMEA region in the first quarter of 2026, with prices starting at 629 euros.
