Amazfit may be preparing to extend its Zepp Pay contactless payment system to the United States after a recent update to the Zepp app added the U.S. as a selectable region. The change was first noticed by a user following the rollout of app version 9.14.2. The update did not include detailed release notes beyond general bug fixes, but the region list now also displays The Bancorp Bank National Association as an associated financial partner.
Zepp Pay is currently available in several European markets, including the UK, the Netherlands and Spain. The NFC-based tool allows users to store and use multiple bank cards and is supported on Amazfit models such as the Active 2 Premium, Balance 2 and T-Rex 3 Pro. The appearance of the U.S. region suggests that Zepp Health may be preparing the technical framework needed to expand the service.

For now, users in the United States remain unable to activate Zepp Pay, and the company has not issued any announcement regarding potential availability or timing. The lack of confirmation means the update may represent early groundwork rather than an imminent launch.
The addition of the region reflects increasing interest in broader payment capabilities on Amazfit wearables, particularly as competing smartwatch platforms continue to expand financial tools. The update that introduced the change began rolling out on November 6, with no further details provided on new features or functional adjustments.
