Design work on the devices was led by Yoji Shinkawa, Kojima Productions’ lead artist and character designer, who is known for shaping the studio’s visual style. “I wanted to create a gadget that belongs to Ludens, and I integrated that into this PC design,” Shinkawa said. “Parts are inspired by Ludens and has its essence.”
At the center of the lineup is the ROG Flow Z13-KJP, a detachable 2-in-1 gaming tablet powered by AMD’s AI Max+ 395 “Strix Halo” processor. It features a 13.4-inch ROG Nebula display with 2.5K resolution and a 180 Hz refresh rate, as well as a detachable keyboard and a rugged carrying case that echoes the utilitarian aesthetic of Kojima’s Death Stranding franchise.
