Giant has introduced its 2026 Explore E+ e-bike series in select European markets, offering four models with varying specifications and prices. The line-up includes the Explore E+ 0, Explore E+ 1, Explore E+ 3 and Explore E+ 4.
The entry-level Explore E+ 4 is equipped with a SyncDrive Sport2 motor delivering 75 Nm of torque and a 500 Wh battery. It features Shimano Cues transmission, Suntour suspension, disc brakes, and integrated accessories such as fenders, lights and a rear rack. With an aluminum frame in both stepover and step-through designs, the model weighs around 25 kg.
At the top end, the Explore E+ 0 offers an upgraded SyncDrive Pro 2 motor with 85 Nm torque, an 800 Wh battery and an automatic Enviolo Trekking Automatiq gear hub. It also introduces safety technology, including an Aegis radar that alerts riders to approaching vehicles and syncs with the lighting system. Another add-on, the Aegis Tire Checker, provides real-time tire pressure measurements.
“Accessories include fenders, lights and a rear luggage rack,” the company noted, underscoring its focus on practicality and commuter readiness across the line. The range also retains Suntour suspension and Shimano brakes for consistent performance across models.
Pricing begins at £2,499 (€3,000) for the Explore E+ 4, rising to £4,999 (€5,799) for the Explore E+ 0. The bikes are available through Giant’s online store and authorized dealers in countries including Germany.
