In addition to announcing the growth of Chrome OS, Google also released Android 12 (Go Edition) for entry and low-end cellphones with minimum specifications. Despite being a lightweight OS, Google still includes advanced features in Android 12 (Go Edition).

Currently, the total active users of Android (Go Edition) since its birth in 2017 have reached more than 200 million users. With the release of the new Android 12 (Go Edition), the OS delivers a faster, smarter and more privacy-friendly experience than the previous series.

According to Android Group Product Manager, Charmaine D’Silva, HP with Android 12 (Go Edition) can open applications up to 30% faster than previous versions.

Not only fast, this operating system will also make entry phones more energy efficient. D’Silva said, this operating system can automatically save battery life by hibernating applications that are not used for a long time.

The app allows users to recover files within 30 days, so users can actually delete files they no longer need to free up storage space.
