LG is preparing to enliven the CES 2022 event which will be held early next year. After announcing the Objet TV and StandbyME, LG is now introducing the Soundbar (S95QR) as their newest offering.
The LG Soundbar S95QR is a 9.1.5 channel device that has an output of 810W. The sound performance is supported by five speakers that shoot upwards. Three of them are in the soundbar while the other two are separated in the rear speakers. This composition is claimed to increase clarity and expand the soundstage.
The center-facing speaker promises clearer dialogue, and can bring both Dolby Atmos and DTS:X content to life. LG also added a bigger woofer. The rear speakers are also designed to distribute sound up to 135 degrees.
Even more interesting, the S95QR Soundbar has IMAX Enhanced support. That way, users can enjoy three-dimensional audio when watching content that supports these formats.
For gamers, the LG Soundbar S95QR supports Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and Auto Low Latency Mode for gaming consoles. These two technologies ensure that audio and video can be synchronized properly.
Meanwhile, for wireless features, the S95QR Soundbar relies on the LG WOWCAST Wi-Fi dongle which allows lossless multi-channel audio without having to connect to a TV using a cable.
LG Soundbar S95QR is also designed as an eco-friendly product. The device is shipped in 100 percent paper packaging and uses recycled plastic for the outer casing.
There is no information about the launch schedule and price of the S95QR Soundbar. But for sure, these products will be exhibited at CES 2022 starting January 4th.
