Nintendo is expanding its efforts to reach a new generation of fans with a range of toys, books, clothing, videos and a mobile app inspired by Mario and characters from the Mushroom Kingdom. The initiative, called My Mario, is designed to introduce infants, toddlers and young children to the company’s best-known franchise at an early age.

The Japanese games company said the collection includes products, games and experiences built around Mario and his friends, with an emphasis on shared use by children and parents. “Nintendo says My Mario is designed for both young children and their parents,” the company said in its announcement.

Among the physical products are Mario-themed wooden block sets made from hardwood, available in three-piece and 30-piece versions. The sets feature characters such as Mario, Luigi, Yoshi and Princess Peach, along with familiar in-game objects, and can also function as amiibo figures in compatible Nintendo Switch games. Other items include a board book titled Hello, Mario!, plush toys, rattles and a range of clothing for infants and young children.

Nintendo is also offering a series of short stop-motion videos titled It’s Me, Mario!, which are available on the Play Nintendo YouTube channel. Five episodes have been released so far, though no new instalments have appeared in recent months.

In addition, a free Hello, Mario! app will allow children to interact with a virtual Mario by poking, spinning or playing simple games such as peekaboo. The app includes a built-in break feature in which Mario becomes tired and falls asleep, a design Nintendo says can help limit screen time. The app is set to launch on the App Store, Google Play and the Nintendo eShop on Feb. 19, 2026, with select toys and apparel arriving in Nintendo’s U.S. stores the same day, while the board book is due in spring 2026.
