Rumors surrounding an early release for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 continue to circulate after a new listing appeared on PlayStation Network, hinting that parts of the game could debut ahead of schedule. Developer Treyarch has since denied the claims, but the leak has fueled ongoing speculation among fans.

The information was first reported by PlayStation Game Size, a social media account known for tracking PSN database updates. According to its post, campaign and zombie modes for the PlayStation 4 version were listed with a November 10 launch date, four days earlier than the previously confirmed November 14 release. Preloads were shown as beginning on November 9 at 10 a.m. PST, while multiplayer access appeared scheduled for November 17.

“File sizes indicate smaller downloads than Black Ops 6, which may point to incomplete or placeholder data,” PlayStation Game Size noted in its post. The listing included details showing a campaign pack of 11.9 GB and a multiplayer pack of 11.6 GB — figures significantly below typical franchise standards.

Treyarch has not commented on the PSN data but earlier stated that Black Ops 7 will launch according to its official schedule. Activision has also not confirmed any early access beyond the open beta period. In the past, only select titles such as Modern Warfare 3 granted limited early access to single-player content for pre-order customers.

Despite the developer’s denial, players remain alert to potential surprises. Activision has shown flexibility with Black Ops 7’s rollout, including an unannounced 24-hour extension of its open beta on October 7. Whether the new listing signals an intentional early access plan or a simple error remains unclear ahead of the game’s expected release next month.
