Reebok has launched its first smart ring, marking the sportswear company’s entry into the wearable technology market. The device is positioned to compete with established products such as the Oura Ring 4 and Samsung Galaxy Ring, offering users a compact way to monitor fitness, health and wellness data.
The Reebok Smart Ring, developed in partnership with fitness brand F45, includes sensors that measure heart rate, blood oxygen levels, skin temperature and movement. Using these inputs, the ring tracks heart rate variability, stress, sleep, step count and calorie expenditure.
According to Reebok, the device’s defining feature is its “One Score,” a numerical rating from 0 to 100 that consolidates various health, fitness and recovery metrics into a single result. “This supposedly allows users to see their current health and recovery status at a glance,” the company said in its product description.
Separate scores are provided for sleep quality and stress level, giving users a simplified overview of their wellness without requiring deep data analysis. The design aims to appeal to users who prefer the comfort and subtlety of a ring over a traditional smartwatch, particularly during rest or workouts.
The Reebok Smart Ring is priced at $249 in the United States. While the company has not yet confirmed international release dates, additional details are available through Reebok’s official website.
