Smalth has introduced the Titanium Pro smart ring to the global market, adding electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring and extended battery performance to its lineup of health-focused wearables.
The Titanium Pro builds on the company’s earlier Titanium model with the addition of built-in ECG tracking designed to provide detailed heart rhythm analysis. It also includes continuous heart rate and SpO₂ monitoring, along with advanced sleep tracking metrics such as sleep stages, cycles, duration and overall sleep score.

Smalth said the ring features a medical-grade titanium shell measuring 7.6 mm wide and 2.3 mm thick, weighing approximately 2.7 grams. It carries a 10 ATM water resistance rating and supports activity tracking for exercises including running, cycling, walking and swimming.
