TikTok has just rolled out an update for its users. It’s not just an update to the recommendation algorithm, they also provide some other new features. One of them is a new feature for their video posts. Now, users can upload videos with 1080p HD resolution so that they have even sharper images.

To use this feature, users must activate it manually. They must enable the HD Upload setting from the “More options” section of the publishing page. That way they can upload HD videos, reports Engadget (17/12).

TikTok also offers features for video editing. Users will be able to make video corrections automatically using a feature called Visual Enhancement.

TikTok says this feature will improve the aspect of exposure, low light, and color correction with a single tap. This feature will be automatically available in the app after the user selects the video they want to upload.

On the other hand, there is also new support for the Green Screen effect. TikTok announced integration with Giphy so users will be able to choose more gifs directly from the platform.
