UpdatePromise said it has integrated UVeye’s automated vehicle inspection technology into its dealership service platform, allowing inspection results to flow directly into service advisor workflows during vehicle check-in.
The integration enables vehicles to be scanned automatically as they enter the service lane, with inspection findings and visual evidence instantly synchronized into UpdatePromise’s system. Advisors can review annotated results, build repair estimates and communicate recommendations to customers in real time, reducing delays between inspection and service decisions.

“Dealerships are under increasing pressure to improve throughput, accuracy, and customer trust — all without slowing down the service lane,” said Curtis Nixon, chief executive of UpdatePromise. “This integration brings objective inspection intelligence directly into the service workflow, giving advisors the clarity and confidence to act immediately.”
According to the companies, UVeye’s inspection lanes scan vehicles without manual intervention or disassembly, transmitting data securely into UpdatePromise’s platform. This approach is intended to eliminate manual handoffs that can slow inspections and create inconsistencies, allowing teams to move from inspection to estimate more quickly.
