According to the benchmark listing, the X300 FE is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor paired with 12GB of RAM. The chipset is also used in devices such as the OnePlus 15R. Vivo has not disclosed launch details for the X300 FE. However, regulatory filings suggest preparations for a broader release. The handset has received certification from India’s BIS, Europe’s EEC and Singapore’s IMDA, pointing to availability across multiple markets.
The company has previously adopted a rebranding strategy for certain models. The Vivo X200 Pro Mini was introduced as a rebranded version of the Vivo S30 Pro Mini. Industry observers expect the X300 FE could follow a similar path, potentially drawing from the Vivo S50 Pro Mini, which has already launched in China.
