Xiaomi has adjusted its global HyperOS 3 rollout plan in conjunction with the release of four new Poco-branded devices. The updated schedule elevates the Poco F8 Pro and Poco F8 Ultra to the highest priority for the software upgrade, while newly introduced tablets are positioned near the end of the deployment cycle.
The company recently launched new Poco smartphones and tablets, though initial information surrounding preinstalled software was limited for the Pad M1 and Pad X1. In contrast, Xiaomi indicated at launch that the F8 Pro and F8 Ultra would be shipped with HyperOS 3. The revised schedule now suggests a more staggered rollout across product categories.

The original roadmap for HyperOS 3 was published in September alongside the Xiaomi 15T and 15T Pro unveiling. A Poco-specific version presented during the latest product reveal shows the F8 Pro and F8 Ultra at the top of the upgrade list, even though other models, including the Poco F7 series, have already received the new operating system.
The updated timeline places the Pad M1 and Pad X1 much lower in the rollout, with both expected to remain on HyperOS 2 until at least March 2026. Nineteen other Poco devices previously confirmed to receive HyperOS 3 are not believed to have experienced changes in their projected upgrade windows.

Xiaomi has not provided additional detail on the sequencing rationale but has not ruled out the possibility of delivering HyperOS 3 as a first-day update for the F8 Pro and F8 Ultra. Further clarification is expected once regional rollout plans are finalised.
