Samsung Electronics is presenting its connected, AI-powered kitchen technologies at the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show 2026 (KBIS) in Orlando, Florida, from Feb. 17-19, highlighting its Bespoke AI appliance lineup alongside Dacor. The company said the showcase reflects its vision of integrating smart storage, advanced design and artificial intelligence to redefine modern home living, with a particular focus on premium wine preservation solutions.

“The kitchen is evolving into the center of home life, and Samsung continues to introduce intelligent solutions that organically connect appliances, services and everyday experiences,” said Sang Jik Lee, Executive Vice President and Head of the Sales and Marketing Team for the Digital Appliances Business at Samsung Electronics. He added that the company is demonstrating how Dacor blends “functionality, aesthetics and smart technology” to shape the future of the kitchen.

At the exhibition, Dacor is displaying wine-focused appliances including a 24-inch undercounter wine cellar, a wine column and a built-in wine dispenser capable of holding up to four bottles with dual temperature zones for red and white wines. The brand is also introducing a “hidden kitchen” concept that integrates appliances such as a refrigerator, cooktop and an award-winning 24-inch dishwasher into cabinetry and curved architectural elements to create a seamless living space. The appliances support connectivity through SmartThings, allowing users to manage functions within a connected ecosystem.

Samsung is also featuring its Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub, equipped with AI Vision technology that uses camera-based recognition to identify food items stored inside. The company said it plans to expand the system’s recognition capabilities beyond its current range of fresh and pre-registered processed foods. Additional Bespoke AI dishwashers, ovens and laundry appliances are on display, with integration supported by SmartThings and voice commands through Bixby for tasks such as recipe recommendations and guided cooking.

Emphasizing reliability, Samsung said it provides ongoing software updates and offers Home Appliance Remote Management (HRM), enabling users to monitor appliance status, conduct diagnostics and access remote support services after purchase. The company’s exhibit is located at booth W2073 in the West Hall of the Orange County Convention Center during KBIS 2026.
