Honor has introduced a new entry-level tablet, the Honor Pad X8b, in Saudi Arabia as it prepares for the global rollout of its flagship MagicPad 4. The device combines a slim metal chassis with a large battery capacity, targeting budget-conscious consumers.

The Pad X8b measures 7.25 mm in thickness and weighs 496 grams. It is equipped with an 11-inch IPS LCD display offering a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels and a 90 Hz refresh rate. The screen carries TÜV Rheinland certifications for low blue light and flicker-free performance.

Under the hood, the tablet runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 chipset, paired with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The processor, introduced in 2021, has previously appeared in devices such as the Redmi Pad SE, positioning the Pad X8b within the lower mid-range performance segment.

The tablet includes a 5-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and a 5-megapixel front camera. It operates on MagicOS 10 based on Android 16 and houses a 10,100 mAh battery alongside a quad-speaker system. The Wi-Fi variant is available in Space Gray at a retail price of SAR 849 (approximately $226), with a limited-time offer reducing the price to SAR 649 (around $173). Availability in other regions has not yet been announced.
