Aventon has introduced the Ramblas ADV, a hardtail electric mountain bike equipped with the company’s second-generation in-house mid-drive system. The new model is now available globally and expands Aventon’s lineup of performance-focused e-bikes.

The Ramblas ADV is powered by Aventon’s A100 mid-drive motor, rated at 250 watts nominal output with a peak of 750 watts and 100 Nm of torque. The IP67-rated unit offers four levels of pedal assistance — Eco, Trail, Auto and Turbo — allowing riders to adjust support depending on terrain and riding conditions. The bike is paired with a 708 Wh battery built using LG 21700 cells, which the company says can deliver up to 90 miles (145 km) of range on a single charge.

The hardtail model rolls on Maxxis Rekon 29-inch by 2.4-inch tubeless tires and is fitted with a RockShox Psylo Silver R front fork offering 130 mm of travel. Braking duties are handled by SRAM DB6 four-piston hydraulic disc brakes with 200 mm rotors at both the front and rear. The drivetrain consists of a SRAM NX Eagle 12-speed system with an 11-50T cassette.

Out of the box, the Ramblas ADV is configured as a Class 1 e-bike, though it can be converted to Class 3, enabling pedal-assist speeds of up to 28 mph (45 km/h). The bike supports a maximum payload of 300 lbs (136 kg) and integrates with the Aventon companion app, which allows users to customize motor performance and adjust ride settings.

The Ramblas ADV is priced at $2,899 and is offered in medium, large and extra-large frame sizes. Buyers can choose from cerulean, tropos and borealis color options, with availability through Aventon’s official website.
