Creative has introduced the Aurvana Ace 3, the latest generation of its true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds. The model combines the company’s xMEMS solid-state driver with a 10 mm dynamic driver and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Sound platform for improved audio quality and connectivity.
In a statement, Creative said the Aurvana Ace 3 “features hybrid adaptive ANC, LDAC and AptX Lossless support, as well as improved battery life and Mimi sound personalisation technology.” The earbuds build upon earlier versions launched in 2023, when the company introduced the first commercial earbuds with a solid-state MEMS-based audio driver.
The Aurvana Ace 3 retains the dual-driver setup of its predecessors but adds Bluetooth 5.4 support, allowing for LE Audio and Auracast functionality. Battery life now extends to seven hours on a single charge and up to 26 hours with the case. A new wear-detection feature automatically pauses playback when an earbud is removed.
The earbuds also integrate Creative’s Mimi technology, which performs a hearing test to create a customized sound profile. In addition, the company’s proprietary SXFI spatial audio has been included, though without head-tracking support.
Priced at $149, the Aurvana Ace 3 is available through Creative’s official website and is expected to appear on Amazon and other retailers soon. The launch positions the model as the flagship of the Aurvana series, combining advanced hardware and affordability to compete in the premium wireless audio market.
