ASUS Reveals Specifications for Upcoming Mini LED Professional Monitor Ahead of Launch

ASUS has officially confirmed the availability of the ProArt Display PA32UCXR, more than eight months after its initial debut at NAB 2023. Despite being showcased at Computex 2023 in May and later at IBC 2023, the monitor faced delays from its originally targeted Q3 2023 launch. 

ASUS has now set a release window, stating that the ProArt Display PA32UCXR will be on shelves by January 2024. While pricing details and a specific release date remain undisclosed, ASUS has listed the product on its website, offering comprehensive device specifications.

The ProArt Display PA32UCXR boasts a 31.5-inch 4K IPS panel with 2,304 Mini LED backlight zones, achieving a peak brightness of 1,600 nits, sustained full-screen brightness of 1,000 nits, and 97% DCI-P3 color space coverage.

 Additional features include a 60 Hz refresh rate, 5 ms GtG response times, and support for Dolby Vision, HLG, and HDR10 technologies. ASUS provides various ProArt video presets, five color temperature modes, gamma adjustment (1.8/2.0/2.2/2.4/2.6), and hardware calibration for △E<1 color accuracy.

The monitor is equipped with two 3 W speakers, two Thunderbolt 4 ports for daisy chaining, a DisplayPort 1.4 connection, and two HDMI 2.0 ports. Additional connectivity features include three USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports, a 3.5 mm jack, and a USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C port offering 90 W using the USB Power Delivery protocol. 

The ProArt Display PA32UCXR comes with a versatile stand supporting tilt (+23° ~ -5°), swivel (+30° ~ -30°), pivot (+90° ~ -90°), and height adjustments (0~100 mm). For more detailed information, refer to ASUS’ official website.
