A new magnetic power bank called the Ozone is being marketed as one of the smallest of its kind, aimed primarily at Apple’s iPhone Air users who prioritise slim accessories over large battery capacity. The product is currently being offered through a crowdfunding campaign, with two size and capacity options available.
The Ozone comes in 3,000 mAh and 5,000 mAh variants, with slightly different dimensions and weights. The smaller version measures 4.29 x 2.78 x 0.20 inches and weighs 2.72 ounces, while the larger model is marginally thicker at 0.26 inches and weighs 3.42 ounces. Both are designed to attach magnetically to compatible smartphones and are offered in several colour options.

Wireless charging output is limited to 7.5 watts for the iPhone Air, while Android devices can draw up to 15 watts. Each model also includes a USB-C port that can be used to recharge the power bank or charge other devices via cable, delivering up to 15 watts on the smaller model and 20 watts on the larger one.
Battery capacity remains modest, reflecting the compact design. “According to the manufacturer, the more compact model can charge an iPhone Air to roughly 62%, and the larger variant provides a full charge,” the product description said, positioning the devices as short-term power boosts rather than full-day solutions.

The Ozone power banks are currently available to reserve for $45 as part of the crowdfunding campaign, excluding shipping and possible import fees. The project has not yet reached its funding target, and as with most crowdfunding efforts, there is no guarantee that backers will ultimately receive a finished product meeting expected quality standards.
