GeeLark has launched a cloud-based social media automation platform designed to operate directly inside mobile apps, aiming to address the growing gap between traditional desktop tools and the behaviour-driven algorithms of mobile-first social networks.

Unlike conventional social media management software that focuses on scheduling posts and tracking analytics, GeeLark provides users with fully functional Android “cloud phones” that behave like physical devices. This allows marketers to log in to accounts and interact with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts through their native mobile apps rather than through application programming interfaces or browsers.

The company said its robotic process automation (RPA) system can automate a wide range of in-app actions, including liking, commenting, browsing feeds and logging in, in addition to publishing content. GeeLark said this approach is intended to make automation align more closely with how real users interact with social platforms, which increasingly prioritise natural engagement signals.

GeeLark has also integrated artificial intelligence-generated content tools into the platform, connecting with models such as Veo 3, Sora 2, Seedance and Nano Banana. This allows users to generate, edit and manage creative assets within a single system before distributing them across dozens or hundreds of accounts. According to the company, campaigns that once required large teams or physical device farms can now be deployed through cloud infrastructure in seconds.

By replacing hardware-heavy device farms and emulators with cloud phones, GeeLark said marketers can scale campaigns, test variations and respond to trends more quickly while maintaining account separation and security. As the company puts it, “today’s fastest-growing social networks are mobile-first, algorithm-driven, and heavily influenced by real in-app behavior,” a shift it says requires a new definition of social media automation.
