Alliwava has introduced the GH9, a compact mini PC featuring a high-end Intel processor and an unconventional chassis design, as demand grows for small form-factor desktops with desktop-class performance.
The GH9 is now available through retailers including Amazon and Geekbuying and is housed in a prism-shaped chassis with an irregular hexagonal base, allowing it to be used in either vertical or horizontal orientations. The system is powered by Intel’s Core i9-12900HK processor, a 14-core chip launched in early 2022. According to the product description, the device pairs “a fairly unusual design” with “a powerful Intel processor,” though it relies on integrated graphics rather than a dedicated GPU.

Priced at $659 on Amazon, the GH9 is sold with 32 GB of memory and a 1 TB solid-state drive. The M.2 2280 SSD uses a PCIe 4.0 interface, offering higher data transfer speeds, and both the storage and memory are user-upgradable, with support for up to 64 GB of RAM.
The mini PC supports up to three external displays simultaneously via DisplayPort, HDMI and Thunderbolt 4. Thunderbolt 4 can also be used to connect an external graphics card, although performance may be limited by bandwidth constraints.
