NVIDIA has just announced the presence of three new GPUs for the laptop segment. they use their proprietary Turing and Ampere architecture built into the GeForce RTX 2050, GeForce MX570, and MX550.

For a GeForce RTX 2050, this is the lowest RTX SKU offered by NVIDIA. This GPU is based on the Ampere graphics architecture. In addition, they will also use the same architecture for the GeForce MX570. And for the GeForce MX550, NVIDIA uses the Turing architecture. Apparently, this is the best combination for gamers who want an affordable gaming laptop.

Wccftech (12/19) reports that the GeForce RTX 2050 is based on a GA107 GPU core with 2048 CUDA cores. When compared to the RTX 2060, this specification is higher.

This GPU also has a clock speed of up to 1477 MHz and has a TGP of up to 45W. This GPU has 4GB of GDDR6 memory at 14 Gbps, but runs on a 64-bit bus interface that provides 112 GB/s of bandwidth.

As for the GeForce MX570 and MX550, NVIDIA did not provide detailed specifications at launch. However, it looks like the MX570 is based on the Ampere GA107 GPU. Meanwhile, the MX550 uses a Turing TU117 GPU.

NVIDIA also revealed that the GeForce RTX 2050 and MX500 series support all the latest features such as ray tracing, NVIDIA DLSS, Reflex, and Broadcast. Users will get a laptop with this GPU in the spring of 2022.
